Peer WI districts moved on

Verona, Elmbrook, Madison, Kenosha, Appleton, Waukesha, Eau Claire, Sun Prairie, Stevens Point — all hybrid or at-large. MCPASD is the only large WI district where every seat is locked to a single Area.

Set when Middleton + Cross Plains merged into MCPASD. Hasn't changed in 60+ years.
